Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.

We have a 14-day risk free return policy, beginning the day you receive your order. In order to process your return, you must send back the package. If you would like to skip a trip to the post office, please email us and we can offer a partial refund so you can re-gift the sheets and get some of your money back without the hassle.

If you purchased a kit or duo, all products within the kit or duo must be returned. Partial refunds will not be issued. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund on the cost of your purchase.

Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited. Returns sent using a method other than our provided Prepaid Returns Shipping Label, which cannot be tracked in the case of loss, will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to make an exchange, return your item as soon as possible. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
